Our full terms of service are being written. Until they are published, this page sums up how Itidem works, and the pricing page describes what credits buy.

Your account

• An account belongs to a company. Everyone on it works from the same vehicle list.
• Keep your password to yourself. You can see and end your sessions on the Account page.

Credits

• One credit is one delivered angle. A render that fails a check costs nothing.
• Starting a vehicle holds one credit per requested angle. Angles that are not delivered give their credit back.
• Credits do not expire, and there is no plan or monthly minimum.
• There is no checkout yet: choose a bundle, write to us, and we add the credits to your account by hand.

Renders and approval

• Every render passes four checks; paint and identity compare it with your photos. Identity catches a different car, not a different model year.
• A vehicle can be downloaded only after a person on your account approved it. Approving is your decision.
• Upload only photos you have the right to use.
