Credits are spent on delivered angles only

One credit is one delivered angle. A render that fails costs nothing, and the images Itidem spends to get an angle through are Itidem's cost.

Itidem render of a midnight-blue Renault 5 E-Tech in a light studio

Charging per attempt would push the risk of a failed render onto you, and give us a reason to want the checks to fail. So a credit pays for the result: one angle, delivered and checked.

Hold, charge, give back

  • Starting a vehicle holds one credit per angle you asked for, before any photo is sent.
  • Trying an angle again holds one more.
  • When the vehicle stops, each delivered angle is charged and every other hold comes back.
  • If you have too few credits, Itidem says so before it starts: “This vehicle needs 3 credits and 1 is available.”

The balance and what is on hold are in the sidebar; the full history is on the Account page. There is no checkout yet: choose a bundle on the pricing page and write to us, and we add the credits to your account by hand.
